Roadmap to Resilience: Protecting your Mental Health

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, Praseeda Nair will sit down with the founder of workplace wellbeing provider, Simon Scott-Nelson, and Ellie Caley to discuss the future of mental wellbeing in the workplace.

They will reveal the core principles of developing mental resilience and how to improve self-awareness of your mental wellbeing, while developing a roadmap to mental recovery and resilience.

With Covid restrictions easing and many people feeling anxious about how to re-adjust, they will explore how to adapt using strategies to remain resilient and cope with stress and anxiety in a changing world. Simon and Ellie will also explore intentional pacing and how it can be used to respond to stresses to optimise recovery and remain optimistic in the face of unexpected roadblocks.
