Nicola Hart & Sam Clark – Agua De Madre

Nicola Hart and Sam Clark are the founders of Agua De Madre, a natural, sparkling low-alcohol water kefir. Its drinks are made from elemental Tibicos Mother Culture discovered over 2,000 years ago on the pads of the Maxican Opuntia cactus, combined with organic fruit and ginger to create its natural fizz.


Tom Hutchings & Dave Seymour – Brew By Numbers

Tom Hutchings and Dave Seymour are the founders of Brew By Numbers, a microbrewery based in Southwark in London. Having met while rock climbing in China, Tom and Dave have created a range of over 350 different craft beers across an expansive range of styles.


Ellie Webb – Caleno

Ellie Webb is the founder of Caleno, a tropical, non-alcoholic drink inspired by the free spirit of Colombia. After a trip visiting her family’s South American heartland, Ellie spent a year in her kitchen experimenting with botanicals. The drinks are a tropical infusion of juniper, citrus and spice.


Josh White, Ariel Booker & Perry Alexander Fielding – CanO Water

Josh White, Ariel Booker and Perry Alexander Fielding are the founders of CanO Water, the still and sparkling water brand created in response to the damaging impact that plastic bottles have on the environment. CanO Water’s cans come with resealable tops and will be back on shelves within six weeks after being recycled.


Duncan O’Brien & Dan Broughton – Dalston’s Soda Co

Duncan O’Brien and Dan Broughton are the founders of Dalston’s Soda Co, a brand of alcohol-free gin and tonic drinks. Its flavours are created using quality, real ingredients and less sugar than mainstream fizzy drinks.


Joelle Drummond & Sarah McNena – Drop Bear Beer Co

Joelle Drummond and Sarah McNena are the founders of Drop Bear Beer Co, a low-alcohol craft beer brand that vows to ‘push the boundaries’ and ‘do what it wants when it wants’. The pair started out with a big saucepan and a jam thermometer.


Tom Jordan & Jesse Wilson – Jubel

Tom Jordan and Jesse Wilson are the founders of Jubel, a gluten-free, vegan and naturally infused craft beer brand. It is stocked in over 600 stores in four countries with a lower ABV than most craft beers.


Stuart Forsyth & William Rixon – Minor Figures

Stuart Forsyth and Williams Rixon are the founders of Minor Figures, a brand of long-life milk and coffee goods. Along with a range of quirky merch, Minor Figures offers long-life oat milk, chai tea concentrate and cold brew coffees including chai latte, latte, black coffee and mocha.


Rich Goldsmith & Charlie Leet-Cook – MOJU

Rich Goldsmith and Charlie Leet-Cook are the founders of MOJU, a range of cold-pressed juice shots. MOJU’s shots are designed to deliver vitality and energy, with nutrient-dense and natural ingredients.


Kara Rosen – Plenish+

Kara Rosen is the founder of Plenish+, a range of organic, plant-based juices and milks. Plenish+ products are packed full of natural ingredients to offer the best possible health reward.
