Heather Melville OBE

Heather Melville OBE, CCMI, JP,  joined PwC in November 2018 as Director, to lead the Client Experience Business for the UK.

Following a successful 37 year career mainly in financial services and international sales (IBM), with the last 17 years focused around International trade/Domestic Cash Management and most recently Director of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Business Inclusion at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

A passion for Inclusion and the ability to transform the gender agenda within business has led to being recognised by a number of industry bodies, i e 2010 awarded Champion for Women, by Women in Banking & Finance (appointed as a Patron of Women in Banking & Finance), 2016/2017 Financial Times Top 100 UK & US BAME Leaders, 2017/2018 , Upstanding FT Sheroes, 2018 listed on the Power List as one the UK’s most influential black people and Top 30 most influential black people in the city. In 2016 she was made a Companion by the Chartered Management Institute , where she currently sits as a NED and Chair of CMI Women. Heather also holds a Trustee role with Enterprise Enfield, a position she has held for 7 years.

In 2017 Heather was awarded an OBE for her services to gender equality in business.
