Andrew Foyle

Andrew started out in business when he was 12 selling software to his cousins in Australia making a whopping 10% margin – still made more than doing a paper round and was significantly drier!  Since then, he’s built and funded multiple businesses having raised over $20m+ from various backers including angel investors and private equity partners such as Apax, 3i, IQ Capital and Downing Ventures.

A finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and an alumnus of the Duke of York’s Pitch@Palace programme, Andrew has now been asked by the Duke to mentor other entrepreneurs looking to apply. He has spoken at numerous global events and, somewhat maddeningly for his long-suffering family, still likes starting new businesses!

Andrew is currently focused on building his latest venture, Miappi, into a world-beating digital marketing platform that helps brands discover, curate and display compelling user-generated social content. Current clients include Unilever, BMW and Hugo Boss amongst others so he feels he is well on his way in getting there…
